- Active selection and closing of all vacancies in the company
- Full cycle of recruiting: search, screening, interviews, evaluation of candidates.
- Recruitment of personnel for construction sites, engineering, technical and office positions.
- Cooperation with department heads, formation of requirements for candidates.
- Prompt closing of vacancies and management of the entire recruiting funnel.
- Reporting and resume database
Adaptation of new employees
- Organization of onboarding and support of newcomers during the adaptation period.
- Conducting welcome meetings, briefings and monitoring the completion of the adaptation program.
- Collection and analysis of feedback for improvement of the adaptation process.
- Active participation in the Company's corporate life
- Participation in the planning and implementation of internal events, holidays, trainings.
- Support of corporate culture and values, development of the HR brand.
- Conducting internal communications and information messages for the team.
We expect you to:
- Have experience in recruiting or HR from 1 year.
- Active, structured and able to organize your time.
- Communicative and easily build contact with people.
- Able to find "your" people and create a positive candidate experience.
