What will be included in your duties:< /strong>

• control of the work of sales consultants, cashiers, warehouse supervisor, visual merchandiser, setting and control of line personnel tasks;
• systematically conduct training for sellers and cashiers;
• monitor cleanliness and order in the store;
• participate in the organization of visual merchandising of the store, know the standards of visual merchandising ( organization of sales through the correct display of goods);
• management of product stocks and assortment;
• organization of reception, movement of goods;
• organization and participation in inventories, revaluations;< /li>
• control of cash register discipline;
• sales analysis, work with KPI indicators;
• customer service according to company standards.

We expect from you:

• existing work experience in retail (clothing) in the position of administrator, from 1 year;
• desire for development, sales and results-oriented;
• skills of organizing the effective work of staff from 8 people;
• confident use of MC Office, 1C;
• knowledge of cash discipline;
• English (preferred) : Pre-Intermediate or higher.
