We are currently looking for a HR manager to the main office in Kyiv — a person who will help us develop the team, attract the best specialists and make the employer brand even stronger.

Your main tasks:

• analysis of business processes of recruitment and adaptation, their improvement;

• search and selection of personnel: managers, office workers, engineering and technical specialists;
• organization and support of adaptation of new employees;

• employer brand support: maintaining company pages in social networks, participation in job fairs, development of HR communications.

The ideal candidate:

• has at least 2 years of HR experience years, experience in closing vacancies for managers, back office, engineering and technical personnel;

• has candidate assessment tools at the selection stage;

• has sourcing skills, a confident user of Linkedin and other social networks;

• communicative, creative, knows how to find a common language with different people;

• understands, how the employer brand works and has a desire to develop it;

• proactive, organized and focused on results.
