HR manager (personnel manager)

Requirements:

• work experience as a personnel inspector and personnel manager in distribution companies;
• attention, clarity;

• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user, knowledge of 1C is a must;
• Communicability, responsibility, initiative, creativity.

Responsibilities:

• recruitment of personnel;
• personnel administration (acceptance, transfer of dismissal, vacations, sick leave, accounting of working hours);
• work with the PFU website
• registration of business trips for employees, if necessary, organization of business trips and issues related to them;
• management of internal corporate projects, support of trainings and exercises;
• cooperation with postal and courier delivery services.
