In connection with the expansion of the company's activities, we are looking for an experienced HR manager who will help attract, develop and retain the talents necessary to achieve the ambitious goals of the company. Main duties: Organization and implementation of the process of hiring new employees, including the development of vacancies, selection of candidates , conducting interviews. Resolving conflicts and problems in labor relations. Development and implementation of a personnel management strategy in accordance with the company's corporate goals. Collection and analysis of data on work with personnel to improve personnel management processes. Management of internal communications and events for employees. Implementation of motivation measures personnel to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and productivity.
