Resolving conflicts and problems in labor relations. Development and implementation of a personnel management strategy in accordance with the company's corporate goals. Collection and analysis of data on work with personnel to improve personnel management processes. Management of internal communications and events for employees. Implementation of motivation measures personnel to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and productivity. Requirements: Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related disciplines. Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in an international company.
