Recruiting and building an effective team  Organizing and supporting the onboarding process of new employees (onboarding, regular 1-1, support during the trial period)  Daily interaction with HR managers  Developing, implementing and improving HR processes in line with business goals  Working with team engagement: feedback, surveys, conflict resolution, organization of team activities Supporting employee development and creating an environment for growth
