Duties:
- working with documents (preparation of letters and contracts, maintaining a register, monitoring their implementation);
- maintaining the internal document flow of the enterprise;
- drafting and sending correspondence;
- Personnel administration of the enterprise (staff 200) (which takes up 70% of the working time): hiring, transferring, firing employees; formation and entry of P-2 personal cards and personal files; execution of time sheets; registration of vacations, letters of incapacity for work; issuing certificates at the request of employees, etc.;
- Recruiting personnel (which takes 30% of working time)
Requirements for the candidate:
- experience as a manager with personnel/lawyer/HR inspector/recruiter from 2 years.
