It is important for us: higher education (psychology/economics); experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; systemic vision, adaptability to changes, initiative; proactivity, a high level of time management and self-organization; understanding of basic evaluation methods and motivation of employees, knowledge; theoretical knowledge and practical skills of all standard HR processes and HR metrics; the desire to develop and improve your skills in HR on a continuous basis; digital literacy and the ability to work with MS Excel, PowerPoint/Sanva, Google services. What will you do at us: attracting new employees to the team ( 30% — recruiting; 70% — HR processes); management and optimization of the employee life cycle in the company: Onboarding, Engagement & Retention; Offboarding; conducting HR research, surveys (including 1:1 meetings), analyzing the results of work on improving processes based on them; consulting employees on HR policies and processes in the company; developing corporate culture and the employer brand.
