HR Manager in Pethouse

Pethouse is the largest online pet store in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, we have been helping people take care of their pets. We are currently looking for a personnel manager with growth prospects. Your areas of responsibility will be: recruiting, adaptation, development of employees, corporate culture and HR brand. For this, you will need to do the following: form search and recruitment strategies ; to proactively search for candidates; to update the business process of adaptation; to organize training and personnel evaluation; to deal with the development of corporate culture, the system of internal communications and the HR brand; to organize and conduct internal events for employees; to participate in the automation of HR business processes; to deal with budgeting of the department within its zones responsibility; provide reporting on the work performed. We would like to see our future employee have the following knowledge: 2 years of work experience in HR; understanding of HR business processes: recruiting, adaptation, employee development, corporate culture and HR brand. knowledge in developing competency models and individual development plans ; mastery of candidate assessment methods; proactivity and results orientation; love of destiny and animals, desire to learn and develop in the field of HR.
