VACANCY: HR manager (personnel administration, payroll and HR development)

Main duties:

• • Full personnel administration: admission, transfer, dismissal, sick leave, personnel management.
• and submission of reports to state bodies (DPS, PFU, statistics).
• • Participation in calculation of wages, bonuses, compensation processes, control of data accuracy.
• • Analysis and improvement of the payment system labor and motivational programs.
• • Consulting managers and employees on issues of labor legislation.
• • Participation in internal HR projects to develop corporate culture and support team spirit.

Requirements:

• • Work experience in the field of HR or personnel administration from 1-2 years.
• • Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• • Understanding the principles of calculation of wages and compensations.
• • Willingness to develop with the company responsibility and openness in communication.
