GRAVE UKRAINE, a subsidiary of the Austrian financial concern "Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung AG" in Ukraine, invites a HR manager to its team.< /p>

 Requirements:

• experience in a similar position (hrg, hrbp) with the relevant functionality;
• experience in building HR processes, good analytical skills;

• knowledge of English not lower than intermediate;
• responsibility and organization in work;
• communicability, initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Audit of the current HR processes in the company and recommendations for their improvement;
• Execution of the full cycle of personnel selection, including posting of vacancies and conducting interviews;
• Onboarding and building a system of adaptation of new employees;
• Assessment of employee competencies and their development;
• Planning and regulation of professional and qualification development of personnel, the process of their release and redistribution;
• Organization and coordination of all types of personnel training
• Participation and initiation of timely changes in the system of remuneration, employee motivation
• Personnel motivation, effective use of material and non-material incentives;
• Organization team-building, training, recreational events for the team;
• Management, adjustment and improvement of work processes between specialists
• Building effective communications within the company; maintaining a comfortable psychological atmosphere in the team;
• Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a positive corporate culture
