We have been working since 2007 and are constantly improving to make a private medicine available to each of our patients. Responsibilities of our future colleague: Search and selection of staff at clinics in Poland (doctors, nurses) - 30 - 40% of the time; Support the life cycle of an employee (Onboarding, Adaptation, 1on1s, Exit Interview, etc.); Explain the company's policies and procedures to new and existing employees; Help managers and team members solve urgent HR issues, perform administrative tasks; Actively participate in the implementation of internal HR processes. It is important for us: Mandatory residence in Poland, Łódź or willingness to move with our help; Successful experience of working as an HR or recruiter for at least 2 years; High level of command of Polish and Ukrainian languages ​​(possibility of communicating in messengers and conducting voice interviews) is a must! Willingness for business trips; Initiative and orientation result-oriented; Independence and responsibility.
