Now we are looking for a talented HR manager who will help develop the company more dynamically, everyone's working day to make the employee better :) Your duties will include: monitoring the labor market; searching, conducting interviews and employing young talents; forming a personnel reserve; developing and monitoring the maintenance of corporate culture; improving the qualifications of the company's employees through internal and external trainings, courses, seminars; organizing corporate leisure .For this you need: fluency in nightingale; higher education in the field of Psychology/Sociology/Administration/Management work experience in the HR field — from 1 year; certificates, diplomas, medals — welcome :) ; availability of own car and readiness for business trips — welcome (compensation fuel is guaranteed); knowledge of labor legislation; and the most important thing is to adore people, admire their development, and help them with their work.
