What the HR partner will do in our company. Participate in the development of policies and procedures of the personnel department regarding recruiting and adaptation, training and development, formation of a system of competences and motivation of personnel. Search for line and office personnel and conduct interviews with candidates, close vacancies for business direction; Accompany new employees during the adaptation period and further work in the company. Participate in the organization and conduct of personnel training. Participate in the analysis of eNPS results and the creation and implementation of an action plan. In the future, take part in the organization and conduct of personnel evaluations. Organize various events, aimed at increasing employee loyalty, developing corporate culture. Maintain constant contact with the company's employees to understand the level of satisfaction, expectations, requests and moods that can affect the effectiveness of their work. We prefer candidates with: General understanding of all HR department processes Deep understanding of at least one of the processes (recruitment and adaptation, evaluation, development and training) Developed skills in time management and task prioritization Skills in conflict resolution and building communication in difficult situations Have a high level of empathy Working conditions Flexible schedule (start of work 8:00 - 10:00 - end of work 17:00 - 19:00) Possibility of hybrid work.
