Requirements: higher education; work experience in a similar position from 2 years; in-depth knowledge of labor legislation; ability to work in multitasking conditions; work in the BAS ERP program (preferred) Responsibilities: registration of acceptance, dismissal, transfer of employees in accordance with labor legislation; maintenance and accounting of personnel documentation (maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards, etc.); registration of vacations, business trips, sick leave; maintenance of staff list; and control of compliance with the vacation schedule; preparation of timesheets; preparation of documentation for salary cards; maintenance of military records; search and selection of personnel; preparation of orders for the main activity; registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence; keeping minutes of meetings; setting tasks and monitoring their implementation; control of daily work plans by employees in the program; ensuring office life.
