Responsibilities: Recruitment; Onboarding; training of employees; coordination of work on professional development; evaluation of training effectiveness (creation and verification of tests, etc.); conclusion of employment contracts and management of personal files of employees; carrying out staff reshuffles; preparation of proposals for the allocation of budget funds for solving issues related to the personnel department. Requirements: Work experience as an HR manager for at least 1.5 years; Knowledge of the basics of psychology; Understanding of the labor market; Skills in planning and organizing work; Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a team; Responsibility, initiative and a desire to achieve results.
