Your main responsibilities will be: Ensuring the company's needs in qualified personnel: labor, technical, administrative. Prompt closing of hot vacancies; Conducting search, selection and assessment of potential candidates: market monitoring, work with resume database, prompt work with reviews. You should always have at least 5 options for candidates for a position; Organization and conduct of interviews, compilation and analysis of results; Conducting welcome presentations, coordination of the adaptation procedure of newly hired employees Development of strategies for attracting and retaining staff; Maintaining and updating the candidate database/reserve; Management documentation related to recruitment and administration of personnel; Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and a database of candidates.
