"Onur Construction International" LLC company invites: HR manager for a permanent job! Location of the "ONUR" base in the village of Oliivka, Zhytomyr district. Knowledge, skills and experience that we would like to see in the candidate: Higher education; Experience as a HR manager from 1st year and with a staff of 150 or more; Experience in managing several enterprises; Knowledge of KZpP and personnel administration; Confident user of MS Office; Experience of working in 1C (knowledge of ZUP 8.3); Attention, responsibility, ability to work with large volumes of information. Functional responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of personnel records in full (recruitment, transfer, dismissal); Accounting of annual leave of employees; Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes to them related to work activities; Keeping a report card timekeeping; Work with work books; Preparation of certificates from the place of work upon request; Work with sick leaves; Preparation of internal reports; Accounting of the company's personnel. Working conditions: Work schedule from Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 18:00; Official employment and guaranteed payments; Timely and completely "white" salary payment; Free meals (lunch); Free transportation to work, and transportation after working hours.
