Selection personnel: processing and evaluation of resumes of potential candidates, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews. Organization of interviews of candidates with department heads, accompanying and supporting them during interviews. Support of newly hired employees during the examination period. Maintenance of a database of potential candidates and support of the internal database employee data. Ensuring the high quality of the hiring process and implementing effective recruiting methods. Support and development of the effective staff retention and motivation program. accounting document in accordance with current legislation. Knowledge of modern methods of recruiting and candidate evaluation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. High level of organization and attention to detail.
