REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year of experience in the position of HRmanager / HRGeneralist / Recruiter or similar positions in IT; Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in IT outsourcing companies; Experience in implementing HR processes in IT outsourcing companies companies; High level of communication skills; IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE: Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level; Ability to create and implement processes in the company; Knowledge of automation in the field of recruiting. Interest in the video game industry. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Responsibility; Ability to perform tasks in a timely manner; Discipline; Proactive position, tasks results-oriented. MAIN DUTIES: Full cycle of recruiting (candidate search, interviews, documentation); Communication with employees at the stages of onboarding, 1:1 meetings, salary review, termination of cooperation, etc.; Completing and signing various types of documents (contracts, applications, offers, etc.); Fulfillment of other, simple obligations.
