Responsibilities:

1. Conducting recruiting events and selecting candidates for company vacancies. 

2. Supporting the integration process of new employees. 

  3. Organizing and conducting interviews with potential candidates. 

4. Ensuring compliance with HR legislation and internal company policies. 

5. Conducting staff performance evaluations and developing plans for their improvement.
