We are looking for a HR manager for our office and production in the city of Chernivtsi. What you will do: - Recruitment and selection of personnel - Organization of training and education for employees - Management and creation of standards of behavior and relationships - Development and motivation of personnel - Decision making conflict situations and support of corporate culture Required experience: - 2 years of experience in a similar position - Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine - Ability to work in a team and conduct negotiations - Basics of psychology and building relationships The most necessary experience: - in communication, listening and understanding people.
