HR manager in ADIT agency

We are looking for a responsible and goal-oriented HR manager to join our friendly team. We can consider without experience! Duties: Carrying out recruiting activities: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates; Organizing and conducting induction and adaptation training for new employees; Development and implementation of the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel; Consulting employees on the internal regulations of the company. Conditions: Work schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 to 19:00. Salary: from 25,000 UAH, bonus parts depending on the performance of assigned tasks and work results. Requirements: Experience working as an HR manager will be an advantage, but not mandatory. Knowledge of labor law; Ability to conduct interviews and assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates; Excellent communication skills; High efficiency and organization; Willingness to work in a team and focus on results.
