What will your duties include?: Candidate search, resume screening and interview selection; Closing administrative vacancies; Attracting candidates with the help of various search resources; Conducting interviews with candidates; Participation in HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, 1:1); Performance of work tasks from the HR director; Organization of team building within the branch. What is required of you?: You have experience as an HR manager for at least 2 years - mandatory; Experience in searching for candidates using job sites and other sources; Hunting experience will be advantage; Activity, sociability, stress resistance and the ability to multitask.
