Responsibilities: selection of candidates for announced vacancies (organization and conduct of interviews, collection of recommendations, etc.); participate in staff adaptation; participate in the organization of the Company's corporate events; determine candidate search channels (personnel reserve, placement of ads on job sites, placement of applications in agencies, direct search, etc.); processing of personnel documentation and support of personnel in matters of labor relations, participating in other HR projects.
