HR - manager in Klinika Medikom

Clinic Medicom is looking for an energetic and motivated HR manager for support and development our team You will have the opportunity to work in a modern medical clinic that strives to raise the standards of medical care in Ukraine.

Your duties will include:

• supporting the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, sorting resumes and organization of interviews;
• work with job sites;
• conducting a preliminary interview to assess the skills of candidates;
• forming a personnel reserve;
• coordination of the internal staff development project
• organization of integration events and corporate events.

Requirements for candidates:

• work experience in the HR field at least 1 year (preferred);
• higher education;
• ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• ability to organize your work, be attentive to details and meeting deadlines;
• high communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• creativity and the ability to think strategically.
