We are currently looking for anHR manager to helpus strong>attractthe best specialists to our team
What to do:
- Management of personnel records, registration of personal files and cards, personnel documents on hiring and firing of employees, personnel transfers, vacations
- Selection and search of candidates for open vacancies (processing resumes; conducting telephone interviews yu, organization of interviews)
- Coordination of communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
- Training and staff adaptation
- Labor market monitoring
- Maintaining the employee database and ensuring its relevance
- Administration of motivational programs
- Administration of the corporate Viber group (organization of greeting employees with birthdays, memorable dates)
What we expect:
- Experience in a similar position;
