It's cool if you have: experience in the field of HR; you know modern personnel management tools; you know how to independently organize your work, set priorities , monitor the completion of tasks; What will you do? searching for candidates with the help of various sources and tools; a full cycle of personnel selection (candidate portrait, posting vacancies, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, providing feedback, discussing potential offers); carrying out Onboarding and offboarding of employees; accompanying the adaptation period and its completion; development and support of corporate culture.
