• Experience in conducting recruitment processes, conducting interviews and selecting candidates;
• Ability to effectively organize your work and set priorities;
• High communication skills oral and written skills;
• Experience in organizing training and development for staff;
• Ability to independently take initiative and solve tasks;
• Ability to adapt your work and approaches to corporate company culture.
