• Salary - from 15,000 to 30,000 (rate + bonuses);

HR manager duties:

• Recruiting and Selection: Your main responsibility will be to find, select and attract the best candidates for various vacancies in the company. This includes job posting, resume evaluation, interviewing and testing.
• Retention Strategies: You will be responsible for creating and implementing talent retention programs , which are aimed at retaining the most valuable personnel in the company. This may include motivation, career development and job satisfaction programs.
• Integration of new employees: Your role will be important in the induction of new employees into the organization.This includes organizing orientation programs, training processes and introducing them into the corporate culture.
• Training and development: You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and organizing trainings and seminars to improve their professional skills and development.
• Conflict Management< /b>: Your conflict management skills and ability to build positive relationships within a team will be key to success in this role.
