HR manager duties:
- Recruiting and Selection: Your main responsibility will be to find, select and attract the best candidates for various vacancies in the company. This includes job posting, resume evaluation, interviewing and testing.
- Retention Strategies: You will be responsible for creating and implementing talent retention programs , which are aimed at retaining the most valuable personnel in the company. This may include motivation, career development and job satisfaction programs.
