In LLC "Operator of the gas transport system of Ukraine" there is an open position: Personnel manager of the personnel selection and adaptation department Functional duties: Posting information about the company's vacancies on specialized Internet resources, use other search channels; Conducting interviews, recruiting personnel for vacant positions; Candidate hunting ;Conducting adaptation measures for newcomers;Supporting and monitoring the passing of the test of new employees;Conducting exit interviews;Maintaining internal reporting;Participation in other projects of the HR department.Required skills: Higher education.Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position .Knowledge and experience in using all tools of active search and attraction of candidates; High communication skills, independence, result orientation.
