HR manager in KOGUT-INFO

We are looking for a responsible and goal-oriented HR manager with knowledge of modern HR practices to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruiting activities: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates;
• Organizing and conducting induction and adaptation training for new employees;
• Development and implementation of a system of motivation and stimulation of personnel;< /li>
• Maintenance and updating of personnel documentation;
• Counseling of employees in matters of labor legislation and internal regulations of the company.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager will be an advantage but not mandatory
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High efficiency and organization;
• Willingness to work in a team and focus on results.

Terms:

• Work schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 to 19:00,
• Salary: from UAH 25,000 (or by agreement),
• premium parts depending on fulfillment of assigned tasks and work results.
