His main task will be to ensure that personnel management in the Company meets the corporate needs, goals and mission. And the main focus of work will be on strategic planning and scaling of HR processes. We want our future colleague to be responsible for the following processes in the Company: Training - development, organization, and control of personnel development programs; Motivation and evaluation - development of Staff Journey Map together with management of the Company. Assistance in personnel evaluation. Development of a system of grades and KPIs, well-being programs. Communication - with candidates, employees, management, partners. Organization of profile team building, Support of a healthy climate in the Company. Requirements: Higher education; Work experience - from 4 years in the position of HR manager; Knowledge of labor legislation; Knowledge of the basics of sociology and psychology; "Implementation management": planning, delegation and organization; Knowledge of HR analytics methods; Orientation to the internal client and the desire to respond to their needs as efficiently as possible; Stress resistance, work for results, attentiveness and responsibility; Experience in recruiting; PC (MS Office) - a confident user; Working with us you will receive: Development and career growth; Official registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine; I will be able to work in a comfortable and modern office located on the Obolonskaya embankment.
