HR manager in Fud Pak Servis, ChP

• Ensuring the company's needs in qualified personnel;
• Searching, selecting and evaluating potential candidates;
• Organizing and conducting interviews, drafting and analysis of results;
• Development of staff attraction and retention strategies;
• Development and implementation of training and development programs;
• Maintenance and update of candidate database;
• li>Maintenance of documentation related to hiring personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years ;
• Higher education, specialization in the field of HR will be an advantage;
• Sure knowledge of methods and tools for searching and selecting personnel;
• Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
• High communication and negotiation skills;
• Confident PC user
