What will be included in your duties:

• Search and selection of resumes of candidates;
• Processing and analysis of incoming feedback;
• Working with recruitment channels;
• Development of candidate search tactics;
• Conducting a telephone interview;
• Motivation of new employees and assistance;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Competent written and oral language
• Willingness to work in a friendly and young team
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage
• excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
