HR manager in LeQB Architects

LeQB Architects is looking for an HR manager!

Requirements:

• Work experience from 2 years on HR positions. 
personnel and conducting interviews. You have to see people through and build a picture of a person with a minimum of contact. We recruit like-minded and like-minded people to the team.
• Skills to convince and interest. Professional hunting of already employed candidates and luring them to us.
• Understanding what a team is and how to work with the atmosphere in a team.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language. English will be a plus.
• Successful cases with the ability to easily confirm them.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Closing vacancies in various areas.
• Conducting interviews via Zoom.
• Building strong relationships with employees and maintaining contact with candidates.
• Maintaining an internal database employees and various documentation.
• Creation of a candidate database for quick closing of hot vacancies.
• Creation of job descriptions and other various internal documents to optimize work.
