- Keeping statistics on each vacancy
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal acts in the field of labor relations;
- Maintaining documentation on personnel issues, as well as preparing reports.
- Organizing the employment process and ensuring the effectiveness of this process;
- Interaction with department heads to clarify requirements for candidates and receive feedback connection.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
- Experience in finding top level and middle level personnel
- Experience in mass recruitment
- Higher education in in the field of personnel management or related fields;
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory acts governing the field of personnel;
- High level of communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees;
>- Experience in working with HR systems and programs for personnel management will be an advantage.
