HR manager in Galaktika, PP

PP "Galaktika" is a distribution company, 9 branches in Western, Central and Eastern Ukraine. For more than 20 years, we have been providing hundreds of retail outlets with food products of international and national producers, in connection with the expansion we are inviting an HR manager.

Requirements:

• experience in recruiting from 1 year;
• knowledge of selection and adaptation methods;
• confident PC user;
• high level responsibility;
• proactivity and speed in work.

Working conditions:

• work schedule: 5 /2, Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:00;
• office in the very center of the city;

Responsibilities:

• operational search for personnel;
• closing of vacancies at various levels;
• formation, management of the personnel reserve;
• monitoring and timely response to situations with the staff;
• placing advertisements about the search for employees;
• communication with internal customers.
