The main duties of a personnel manager: The full cycle of personnel selection (from calling a new candidate to adding a new employee to the work schedule )Selecting new candidates for various positionsAssessing the skills and abilities of new candidatesKeeping reports on the selected candidatesOrganizing the process of adaptation of new employeesConducting both online and face-to-face interviewsThe main features of our HR Manager:Being energetic and goal-orientedThirst for career growthThe ability to find a common language with new people, be sociable and friendly Ability to work with a computer and various tables at the user level.
