We manufacture and provide services for persons with disabilities, children with disabilities, victims of military operations in Ukraine and other separate categories population with technical means of rehabilitation, namely:

• Prosthetic and orthopedic products;
• means for movement ( wheelchairs);
• orthopedic shoes;
• we carry out warranty and post-warranty repairs.

Invites to participate in the selection for the position of "Manager on work with personnel".

Functional duties:

• Recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees;
• Management:vacation, logs of registration of orders, accounting of military accounting documents, etc.
• Management of personnel administration in the 1C program (BAF).
• formation and placement vacancies on websites, social networks;
• search and selection of personnel of all levels;
• conducting interviews and telephone interviews;
• development and formation of job instructions, internal labor regulations;
• development of the enterprise structure and staff list.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position - from the 1st year;
• Knowledge of personnel legislation and record keeping, normative documents;
• Work experience in 1C 8 , MEDok, Excel;
• Attention, ability to learn quickly, analytical thinking, initiative.
