HR manager (personnel manager)

Requirements:

• work experience as a personnel inspector or personnel manager in distribution companies with more than 150 employees is mandatory;
• attention, clarity;
• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user, knowledge of 1C is a must;.
• Sociability, responsibility, initiative, creativity.

Responsibilities:

• recruitment;
• personnel administration (acceptance, transfer of dismissal, vacations, sick leave, military records);
• "management" of business trips of employees, if necessary, organization of business trips and issues related to them;
• management of internal corporate projects, support of trainings and exercises;
• organization of corporate events and celebrations;
• cooperation with postal and courier delivery services.
