What will need to be done?

• Search and select personnel for open vacancies (sales representatives, pickers for warehouse, drivers, office staff), qualitatively and on time;
• Coordinate the adaptation of new employees;
• Form internal and external personnel reserves;
• Monitor the labor market ;
• Analyze the effectiveness of personnel selection and adaptation processes in your region;
• Participate in the organization and conduct of staff training events;
• Participate in other projects of the department personnel;
• Participate in the organization of corporate events;
• Other tasks.
