We have been providing SEO, Google ADS, link building, targeting, SMM and integrated marketing services for more than 9 years. We support and help businesses grow and increase profits. Our clients include companies from Ukraine, the USA, Europe, Canada, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.
If you can and have:
- 1+ years of experience in the HR position
- Experience in the field of business administration , event management or related fields
- Organizational and management skills
- Competent written and spoken Ukrainian + English at B1 level
- Knowledge of employee evaluation methods
- Conflict management skills
- Initiative, the ability to negotiate, attention to details, the ability to plan your time, calmly react to stressful situations, high communication skills
Great if you have work experience in IT companies or Digital agencies. You live in Lviv and can visit the office.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Support and development of recruitment processes in accordance with the market and company needs
- Conducting interviews
- Onboarding/offboarding employees
- Maintaining HR documentation
- Briefing employees
- Conducting 1:1
- Maintaining the emotional temperature in the office and among colleagues
- Help in the organization of internal courses
- Organization and participation in qualification reviews
- Formation and implementation of processes
< li> Forming and conducting employee surveys
