Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education; li>
• Experience in a similar position from 5 years;
• PC knowledge (MS Office, 1C ZUP);
• Experience in personnel selection;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, benevolence, punctuality, communicativeness.
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, other legislative and regulatory acts related to labor relations;
• Experience in large companies is a significant advantage with a staff of more than 100 people.

Duties of the position:

• Recruitment of personnel in all departments;
• Registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine; working hours;
• Formation of the staff schedule, making changes;
• Formation and accounting of granted vacations, formation of the vacation schedule.
