The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, asthey will beconducting 1-2-1 and team meetings, utilizing various methods tomotivate the team both materially and non-materially. Strong organizational skills are essential for monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement onaregular basis. Additionally, the HRSpecialist will play avital role inmonitoring team dynamics and providing consultation and assistance inresolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, and offboarding processes. Conduct regular 1-2-1 and team meetings toensure effective communication and provide support and guidance toemployees. Utilize various methods tomotivate the team, including both material and non-material incentives. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, implementing strategies toenhance overall employee experience. Act asaconsultant and provide assistance toteam members inresolving any work-related issues. Ensure accuracy ofemployee information inthe PeopleForce system and make necessary updates asrequired. Contribute toHR branding efforts bywriting company publications, managing internal news feed, and overseeing social media channels. Organize and coordinate corporate events and team-building activities tofoster apositive work culture. Requirements: Upper-intermediate level ofEnglish must have Proven experience inHR roles, preferably with afocus onemployee lifecycle management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge ofvarious methods for motivating teams, both materially and non-materially. Ability tomonitor employee satisfaction and engagement effectively. Experience withHR systems, such asPeopleForce, ispreferred. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proactive and able towork independently aswell asinateam. Familiarity withHR branding and social media management isaplus.
