Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
— work experience in IT HR 1 year+;
— basic knowledge of Employee Lifecycle processes;
— understanding of the systematic approach in HR;
— good time management skills;
— willingness to take responsibility for the results of your work;
— stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

What you’ll help us with:
— be responsible for the employee life cycle: onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding;
— systematic 1:1 meetings to monitor the team’s status and plans for further development;
— monitoring of the level of satisfaction of employees;
— collection and control of HR metrics (turnover, job tenure, HR research, surveys, analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them);
