Company "Micto for people" -a leading company in the field of management and maintenance of multi-apartment buildings invites an attentive, responsible and communicative Human Resources Manager

Your main tasks:

• organization and control of personnel selection: search, selection and adaptation of personnel in the company;
• understanding of business processes of interaction with personnel;
• knowledge of the legislative framework for working with personnel, labor legislation of Ukraine;
• implementation of training, adaptation, motivation and staff evaluation processes;
• conducting corporate events;
• coordinating actions between various divisions and team members;
• ensuring coordinated work to achieve common goals;
• tracking achieved results and comparing them with planned indicators;
• labor market analysis by region, salary monitoring salaries;
• preparation of internal reports on personnel at the request of the manager in the direction

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of economics, finance, management;
• experience in personnel selection from the line to the management level: creation of a job profile, search and selection of candidates, introduction to the position and adaptation;
• skills in working with the ERP system 1C 8 UPP (will be an advantage);
• confident user of PC Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel.yuVisio at the level of an advanced user);
• active lifestyle position, focus, flexible thinking, analytical abilities
