The manufacturing plant of a construction company is looking for a young HR manager who wants to develop in the field of personnel work and is not afraid of a "live" factory, workshops and real production.
Who we are looking for:
- It is possible without experience in HR - the main thing:
- desire to learn and to develop
- ambitions to grow on the career ladder (HR manager > leading HR > department head)
- openness in communication with people of different levels (workers, foremen, managers)
- willingness to go to shops, see how production works, and not be afraid of "factory" specifics
- Experience will be a plus in the field of sales / admin work / student self-government / organization of events.
What will you do:
- Help in search and selection of employees (labor specialties + office)
- Posting vacancies, working with reviews, first phone interviews
- Acquaintance of new employees with the plant, help in adaptation
- Keeping simple recruitment reports
- Participation in internal activities for employees
In all this you will teach: we will show how job search sites work, how to conduct interviews, how to understand managers and employees.
Terms:
- Official employment
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
