Responsibilities:

• Work with current staff ( NPS, corporate events, staff retention)
• Organization of effective and timely recruiting (timely selection of teachers, taking into account the time of their preparation before the start of training of groups of students)
• Audit of the effectiveness of current recruitment and the addition of new tools at work
• Development of hypotheses and conducting experiments on the search (new methods and channels of personnel selection)
• Building mutually beneficial cooperation with IT companies, in terms of providing them with candidates and receiving teachers from them, specializing in IT
• Building effective communication with customers (company divisions), regular management
• Successful adaptation of new employees through Sintegrum
• Management of two subordinate recruiters
• Performance of other current tasks, according to the position held
