Requirements:
- Experience as an HR manager from 3 years;
- Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and best practices;
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and providing recommendations on improving HR programs and initiatives;
- Experience with MS Office and information tracking systems and other office software;
- Ability to establish relationships with colleagues and work effectively in a large team;
- Ability to set priorities and work in difficult conditions;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Analytical and critical thinking, attentiveness attention to detail, proactivity, tact and diplomacy;
- Above intermediate level spoken English.
Will be a plus :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, additional education in HR.
