Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR manager from 3 years;
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and best practices;
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and providing recommendations on improving HR programs and initiatives;
  • Experience with MS Office and information tracking systems and other office software;
  • Ability to establish relationships with colleagues and work effectively in a large team;
  • Ability to set priorities and work in difficult conditions;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Analytical and critical thinking, attentiveness attention to detail, proactivity, tact and diplomacy;
  • Above intermediate level spoken English.
     

Will be a plus :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, additional education in HR.


Responsibilities:

  • Create positive, trusting working relationships with employees and managers, maintain a confident warm atmosphere in the company;
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements of HR- of the company brand;
  • Expand knowledge of HR policies, best practices and trends in the field of personnel management;
  • Improvement of existing personnel management processes based on performance analysis and identification of opportunities for optimization;

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively perform their duties;
  • Work with employees on their career growth, job satisfaction and personal development, identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations;
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigation and resolution of conflict situations;
  • Participate in the organization of office parties, happy hours, team building and large corporate events activities.

  • Above Intermediate level of spoken English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, additional education in Human Resources courses.
